Thomas Lavender (b. 2002) is a British-Belgian composer of contemporary classical music. 

Inspired by all the sounds that surround him, he aims to find his place among them through his exploration of contemporary methods. Thomas has written for a variety of instrumental combinations, as well as the voice, and soloists. He particularly enjoys collaboration, working with like-minded individuals to create music and art that he and others enjoy experiencing. He is also an experienced arranger and orchestrator.

Thomas completed a masters degree in composition at Durham University in 2024 under the supervision and guidance of James Weeks. Prior to this, he obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Sheffield in 2023, where he studied with Amir Konjani, Dorothy Ker, and Adrian Moore.
